The recognition of tests results and the statement of the type is carried out according to PMG 06-2001 "The Order of a mutual recognition of tests results, statements of the type, checking and metrological certification of measuring apparatuses" requirements.

And statements of the type are subject of procedure of tests results recognition of the measuring apparatuses made in the CIS countries.

For carrying out of the given procedure it is necessary to make an application and the following documents to Gosstandart:

- Copy of the certificate on the statement of type of the measuring apparatuses, confirmed by the manufacturer;

- Copy of the description of type;

- The operational documentation;

- Checking technique;

- The form of the certificate on measuring apparatuses checking at release from manufacture and/or the print form of verification mark.

In case of prolongation of the certificate period of validity on recognition of the statement of type it is necessary to make an application to Gosstandart and to provide the following documents:

The original of the certificate on the statement of type with the appendix of the description of type for the State Register, given by national body;

Certificate copy about measuring apparatuses tests for conformity to the approved type.
